Flagship retail store let to PRADA
Thomas Davidson & Partners acting on behalf of Prupim have prelet the flagship retail store to PRADA for their Miu Miu brand.
The rent of £1.3m equates to £670 Zone A setting a new record for this part of Bond Street. Prada also paid a substantial premium to secure the shop amid ferocious competition from other luxury global brands.
