Erol’s speciality is Oxford Street where his depth of knowledge resulted in him completing on £11 million rent roll of deals last year.  Erol acts for a number of institutional and private landlords where his undoubted skills range from open market lettings to much more complicated asset management initiatives providing added value to clients.
